  • [Q]:What is the warranty? How to fix when breaking off?

    [A]:Almost is 4 years guarantee. If you find the productions are broken, you could send it back to us, we will fix it or manufacture a new one and send to you.But you need to charge the freight from your port to our country. We will charge the freight of sending new productions to you again

  • [Q]:Do you have a stock?

    [A]:Yes, we have.But there is no water pump, as its electric plug need to fit to your country’s standard. It will take some time for our pump supplier to deliver it to us.

  • [Q]:What’s the delivery time?

    [A]:It is depends on different products and the produce orders in factory now. You know, order by order. Sometimes, factory is very busy but sometimes not very busy. So could you please tell me the time of this program in your company’s plan, or when do you need the goods arrive your port? I could arrange the producing time for you
